INOVIO Call center is a web-based software developed to support smaller call centers that arrange appointments or sell through outbound telemarketing. It makes accessing all information about a calling customer much easier for agents, resulting in a systematic, more efficient work. The software will be installed by us on either our server or the server of your company. There’s no need for the user to install anything, You can access our software with an internet browser from your office, home or from a work trip.

Convenient execution of campaigns

You can easily create a campaign from your contact database. Upload it to the INOVIO Call Center and activate it for individual agents-salesmen. They can then start removing contacts from the queue and dialing them. The module monitors the acquisition of call records and allows their export filtered by dialed, non-contacted or non-existent contacts. You can also do the opposite: create a campaign in the INOVIO Call Center system and base your contact database on it. Multiple campaigns can operate in parallel to each other.

Well thought-out support of phone contact

The module automatically dials phone numbers and opens the customers info-card, which can be used to take notes during the call. As an agent, you can also schedule a meeting with salesmen directly. When a customer calls, the system identifies him and opens his info-card, ready to record the call, thus saving the agent time.

Automatic text messages to clients and salesmen

Our system allows you to set up an automatic sending of text messages to customers or salesmen. For example, it can confirm or remind an arranged appointment, or wish them a happy birthday!
