Your orders can have their own logos, colors and layouts. If an order hasn’t been approved yet, you’ll see it in the PDF – with no risks of unplanned purchases. INOVIO certainly isn’t a primitive cloud service that would try to limit you or test your attention.

Link orders to invoices

It doesn’t matter if you have more invoices to a single order, or a load of orders belonging to a single invoice – you can always link them together. INOVIO Digital Order Approval monitors connections and reports any discrepancies.

Features and benefits

INOVIO Digital Order Approval is an online module that will help responsible staff approve orders. The software will be installed by us on either our server or the server of your company. There’s no need for the user to install anything, You can access our software with an internet browser from your office, home or from a work trip. The system is linked to INOVIO Digital Invoice approval.

Fast and non-conflicting/indisputable approval of demands for/on company expenses

The applicant creates a draft of an order in the system, which then submits it to the responsible staff for approval. The approver may approve, reject, modify or comment on the purchase request. Demands can be approved item by item. Approved order proposals are then displayed in “company colors” and delivered to suppliers in a PDF format. There will be no disputes over who approved what, since all information is in one place.

Pairing of issued orders and purchase invoices

Users of the INOVIO Digital Invoice Approval module will appreciate that each issued order is subsequently paired with an appropriate purchase invoice. Any discrepancies between the order and the invoice are highlighted and submitted for resolution. The INOVIO workflow system thus ensures a perfect control over costs and estimated items (obligations/ liabilities without accounting documents).

Create summary orders

Approved items of individual orders can be easily aggregated into a single order, or distributed among/into multiple ones. Imagine a “shopping” list of approved items, which you then divide into summary orders by suppliers. When issuing a binding order, the system checks whether all items are approved and makes sure they do not appear in more than one order at a time.

User previews/views, forms and exports

We will set up the module so that you’ll have your own input fields?, customized lists and a design of your orders according to need and rules of the corporate identity. You can archive the database of issued orders (PDF format), and export order lists (CSV format).
